Distance contract

This distance contract (hereinafter – the Contract) is concluded between the owner of the internet trade website www.andaabstract.com SIA “SOCIALGURULAB”, registration number. 40203192161, legal address: Grunduli,Allazu pag., Siguldas nov., LV-2154, Latvia, Europe, (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and a buyer of at least 18 years of age who places an order and makes a purchase on the www.andaabstract.com website (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) . The distance contract applies to all orders and purchases made on the www.andaabstract.com website (hereinafter – ANDAABSTRACT website). This Distance Agreement does not apply to purchases made by the Buyer in the Seller’s retail outlets.
General terms
- The Buyer orders, buys and pays, while the Seller delivers and sells original acrylic & oil paintings, unique design candles, unique design thermo mugs and other types of goods (hereinafter – Goods) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
- The buyer buys the Goods by filling in the relevant order form on the ANDAABSTRACT website. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. name, delivery address and contact information. The Buyer undertakes to inform the Seller about any changes no later than 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation by writing to support@andaabstract.com. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct data, otherwise the delivery of the Product may be delayed or impossible. Ordering a product is considered an offer by the Buyer.
- The Seller must conclude this Agreement for the delivery of the ordered Product and for the Buyer’s consent to purchase the ordered Product at the specified price.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read, understood and agrees to the terms of the Agreement, as well as undertakes to observe and fulfill them. The buyer is not allowed to place orders if the customer has not read and agreed to the terms of the Agreement. The contract is prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Purchase fee and delivery.
- Product prices on the ANDAABSTRACT website are indicated in EUR. All prices shown are excluded of 21% PVN tax qualified for the purchases only in territory of Latvia. The goods are sold at the prices valid at the time of placing the order. The total shipping price may include surcharges. Depending on the bank or payment method used by the Buyer, bank commissions may apply.
- Payment for the Product is made by the Buyer in the online store www.andaabstract.com with a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron) or by PayPal, or by transfer to the account number of SIA SOCIALGURULAB specified in the prepaid invoice. Also, Cash on Delivery option is available. All delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
- The Seller delivers the Product to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the rates set by the courier. The Buyer shall pay for the shipping costs and the Goods together, before receiving the confirmation and delivery of the Goods from the Seller. The delivery price is included in the invoice. Electronic justification document – the invoice is valid without a signature.
- At the time of product delivery, the Buyer undertakes to sign a receipt for receiving the Product.
- The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller completes orders: on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., by EEST time, on Saturdays and Sundays – no assembly is carried out. The Seller sends a confirmation of order acceptance to the Buyer by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted. The assembly of the order starts when the money is credited to the Seller’s account.
- The expected delivery time is displayed when the purchase is completed, in the Buyer’s account and is sent in the purchase confirmation e-mail.
Quality guarantee and liability
- ANDAABSTRACT does not assume any responsibility and does not guarantee that the goods will always meet the Buyer’s wishes beyond what is mentioned in the product description. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the product, the Buyer, upon receiving the order, can return the specific product and receive a full refund for the specific product.
- The goods displayed on the ANDAABSTRACT website may differ slightly from the same size, shape and color as the received goods due to the technical characteristics of the devices used to order the goods or other reasonably foreseeable differences.
- The characteristics and instructions for use of all goods sold on the ANDAABSTRACT website are indicated in the product description attached to each product.
Right of return and cancellation
- The buyer can use the right of refusal contained in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the Product within 14 calendar days. In order to avoid disputes, at the time of receiving the Product, the Buyer must make sure that it corresponds to the order (color, name of the product and other important parameters).
- In case the Products are assembled incorrectly, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Product within 14 days by filling out the return form. In the aforementioned case, courier costs are covered by the Seller.
- If the Buyer wants to use the right of refusal, the following recommendations and conditions should be taken into account:
16.1. The Product being returned must not have been used. If the condition of the returned Product has deteriorated, and this has happened due to improper storage, the Buyer does not have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
16.2. The buyer is obliged to keep and not damage the original packaging of the Product.
16.3. If the Buyer wants to use the right of refusal, in that case he must contact the Seller by e-mail: support@andaabstract.com. The Buyer receives a cancellation form from the Seller, which he fills out and sends to the Seller to the aforementioned e-mail.
16.4. The Buyer is obliged to keep both courier documents for receiving the Product and postal/courier documents for returning the Product to the Seller.
16.5 The Buyer can find detailed information about what constitutes a distance contract and the right of withdrawal at the following website address: www.ptac.gov.lv.
16.6. The Seller transfers the money for the returned Product and its delivery costs to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the cancellation form within 14 calendar days after the termination of the Agreement and receipt of the Product specified in the cancellation form at the Seller’s address (Grunduli,Allazu pag., Siguldas nov., LV-2154, Latvia, Europe) based on the Buyer’s refusal.
*We do not accept returns of custom artwork unless it is found to be faulty or damaged.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ligo iela 14, Tukums, LV-3101, Latvia, Europe.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Buyer’s rights in case of non-compliant goods:
17.1. Product defects are eliminated, as well as non-compliant Products are replaced or returned, based on the procedure established in these regulations and taking into account the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia;
17.2. The buyer who wants to file a complaint about low-quality or incompletely assembled Products can do so by e-mail: support@andaabstract.com, returning the possibly non-compliant Product;
17.3. When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must provide the following information:
17.3.1. Product invoice and order number. If possible, the Buyer attaches an invoice so that the Seller can process the Buyer’s complaint as soon as possible;
17.3.2. the Product’s defect, signs of damage or missing part must be indicated;
17.3.3. other evidence must be submitted, such as a photo of the Product, a photo of the defective area (if it is a mechanical damage and it is possible to photograph it), a photo of the Product’s packaging, etc. c.
17.4 When submitting a complaint, the Buyer initially has the right to demand that the seller or service provider eliminate the non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract free of charge or exchange the product without compensation for one that would ensure compliance with the terms of the contract, except for the case when this is impossible or disproportionate (Consumer the second part of Article 28 of the law on protection of rights).
17.5 When considering a complaint, the answer is provided within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint. If, due to objective reasons, it is not possible to provide an answer to the Buyer’s complaint within the mentioned term, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about it in writing, specifying a reasonable term in which the answer will be given, as well as justifying the need for such an extension.
17.6 Only if the Seller finds that the Product is of inadequate quality, the Buyer’s request for the Goods of inadequate quality can be fulfilled. The Customer Service Center will arrange a refund to the payment account that was used to place the order. The seller reserves the right to require the customer to return the damaged product to the store.

Final Terms and Dispute Resolution
- If the Seller violates the Agreement, the Seller is responsible only for the Buyer’s direct losses that occurred as a direct result of the violation.
- The seller has the right to change the Agreement completely, or partially stop the operation of the ANDAABSTRACT website. The Seller will notify the changes or the termination of the ANDAABSTRACT website in the form of notices on the ANDAABSTRACT website.
- The contract is valid until the fulfillment of all obligations between the Seller and the Buyer.
- The contract is prepared in accordance with the legislation of the country from which the services are provided to the Buyer and which regulates them, and all disputes are settled in court in accordance with the procedures established by the legislation of the jurisdiction where the relevant Seller company involved in the dispute is established.
- If a court or other competent authority considers that one of the provisions of the Agreement does not comply with the law, is incorrect or inapplicable, the ruling does not affect the validity and full applicability of the other provisions of the Agreement in accordance with the laws and regulations.
- The Seller reserves the right to block the Buyer’s ability to make purchases on the ANDAABSTRACT website for a limited or unlimited period of time, if dishonest actions have been detected or if the facts about the specific person’s previous dishonest actions on the ANDAABSTRACT website have been clarified. Dishonest activities can be defined both as activities related to fraud and as other activities that can disrupt the operation of the Seller or the ANDAABSTRACT website and/or cause direct or indirect losses.
- Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If the Seller and the Buyer cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, then the Buyer can file a complaint
In the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Commission, which is located at Brīvības iela 55, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010 and which resolves consumer disputes (more information on dispute resolution is available at www.ptac.gov.lv) or go to court. In addition to the above, the Buyer can use the electronic dispute resolution platform (ODR) to resolve disputes regarding goods or services purchased on the website. Processing of personal data
- The Buyer’s personal data will be used to identify the Buyer and receive orders, place and deliver orders, prepare accounting documents, including invoices, refund overpaid amounts and refund amounts for returned goods, to administer financial and other obligations arising from this Contract and other cooperation documents related to the cooperation of the parties, as well as about the use of services offered on the ANDAABSTRACT website. SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING IN LATVIA:
Free shipping is provided to all destinations within LATVIA. MY artworks are expertly prepared for immediate wall hanging and meticulously packaged using bubble wrap and custom-made shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery. FRAMING IS OPTIONAL.
SHIPPING TIMES IN LATVIA:
- Paintings: After placing your order, it takes 1-5 days to securely package the artworks for shipping. Shipping itself typically takes 1-3 days, depending on your location within LATVIA.
- Canvas Prints:For canvas prints, please allow 2 weeks for printing production. Shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days.
- Framed Prints:The total time for framed print production is approximately 2.5 weeks. Shipping itself typically takes 1-3 days, depending on your location within LATVIA.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are approximate and can vary depending on external factors such as courier services and unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure that your artwork reaches you promptly and securely. For more accurate delivery estimates, you can contact us or check your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping is calculated at cart depending on the size of the artwork.
Depending on the size of the artwork it will either be shipped in a custom-made shipping box or rolled in the tube.
If the artwork is shipped in a tube, this will be noted at the top of the description on the product you are purchasing. You can easily take this to a framer or some art stores who can re-stretch the artwork for you. As international shipping for large items can be expensive, shipping in a tube and having it re-stretched at the destination will be more cost effective for you. To make things easier we can also ship the artwork directly to a framer near you.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES:
(excluding LATVIA)
Different countries have different rules about import duties and taxes, and these charges can vary depending on the cost of the artwork you are buying. As the person receiving the artwork, you will need to take care of any international custom or import fees, which can also differ from one country to another. To avoid any surprises, it’s a good idea to get in touch with your country’s customs offices and find out about any additional costs that you might need to pay. This way, you’ll be prepared and aware of all the expenses involved.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTWORK?
In the very rare occurrence that an artwork is damaged we will have it replaced as soon as possible. Everything we ship is insured! Just email: support@andaabstract.com with some images of the damage and we will advise the time frame for a replacement.

Absolutely! Anda would be delighted to accept commission requests for custom artworks.

WHAT IF I AM UNSURE OF WHAT PAINTING OR SIZE TO HAVE COMMISSIONED?
No problems, we can photoshop different artworks and sizes onto your wall.
Email support@andaabstract.com with a straight on image of your wall. And provide a measurement of the wall so we can show the artwork to scale.
HOW DOES THE COMMISSION PROCESS WORK?
- Just head over to our CONTACT ME page on our website and be sure to provide as many details as possible about your desired artwork you would like commissioned, including the artwork name, size, and any specific elements you’d like to be included. OR you can request a phone call with Anda to discuss a commission. Email support@andaabstract.comand we will organise a suitable time for this.
- Receive a Quote and Deposit Invoice: Once we have reviewed your commission request, we will provide you with a personalised quote for the artwork. The quote will include the full price, and you will be required to make a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount to confirm your order. We will send you an invoice or website link with payment instructions for the deposit.
- Artwork Creation: Anda Abstract will commence the process, creating a unique artwork based on your specifications. For the commissioned artwork, the colours will be replicated, but the strokes will be distinct, ensuring the artwork is an individual piece of art.
- Estimated Completion Time: The average completion time of the artwork takes between 6-12 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the piece. However, this time can vary and we will provide a more specific timeframe at the time the quote is sent.
- Photos of the Finished Artwork: Once Anda has completed the artwork, we will send you photos of the finished piece for your review and approval.
- Approval and Final Payment: Upon receiving the photos of the completed artwork, you will have the opportunity to review it thoroughly. If you are satisfied with the result, you will make the final payment, which constitutes the remaining 50% of the total amount. An invoice or website link will be sent to facilitate this transaction.
- Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your commissioned artwork. If, at the approval stage, you are not happy with the result, we offer two options: a full refund of your deposit or Anda will make adjustments and repaint the artwork.
- Artwork Delivery: Upon receiving your final payment, we will proceed with finishing the artwork. It will then be carefully packaging the artwork to ensure its safe transportation.
- Display Your Artwork: Once you receive the commissioned artwork, you can proudly display it on your chosen wall, knowing that it is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece created just for you.
